If you're a resident of the Canberra region we'd love you to join us for the Canberra Bible Talks - the four evening sessions of AFES' National Training Event (NTE). In these sessions you will join around 1700 university students, staff and guests from around Australia to engage with God through his word, sing his praises and hear about the growth of his kingdom throughout the world.

Meet the Speaker


Kevin DeYoung is the Senior Pastor at Christ Covenant Church (PCA) in Matthews, North Carolina. He serves as board chairman for The Gospel Coalition and blogs on TGC’s DeYoung, Restless and Reformed. Kevin is an Assistant Professor of Systematic Theology at Reformed Theological Seminary (Charlotte) and a PhD candidate at the University of Leicester. He has authored several books, including Just Do Something, The Hole in Our Holiness, Crazy Busy, Taking God At His Word, and The Biggest Story. Kevin and his wife, Trisha, have seven children: Ian, Jacob, Elizabeth, Paul, Mary, Benjamin, and Tabitha.
